Does not melt foam. It is a contact glue, apply thin layer to both mating surfaces, allow to set for a few minutes, then press together. Make sure you are correctly aligned before touching pre-glued parts together, part will be difficult to re-position. Will glue anything to foam or foam to itself. Dries fast. It can also be used using a variety of different techniques depending on the scale you are working at.
This glue is very hard to find in shops in Australia.
